Founded in 1984 by three sets of parents of intellectually challenged children, the first program, New Vista Ranch, Inc. was created. New Vista is a non-profit organization that develop programs to meet the needs of each individual by providing a stable foundation, empowering the people we support, and enriching the lives of our supporters.
